What matters is reviewing footage consistently rather than only after a particularly bad serving day, since patterns are easier to spot across several sessions than in a single one. We also encourage players to track simple, objective markers alongside the video — first-serve percentage, double-fault count, average second-serve depth — so technical changes can be measured against real numbers, not just a subjective feeling that the serve is 'working better.'
